Upgrade your rack game with The VULCAN Monolift Attachment. A monolift attachment removes the need to "walk-out" from the rack when performing a squat. This allows you to start in a more stable position. It can also be used to eliminate the "lift-off" when performing bench-press.

The VULCAN Monolift's attach to the upright of your rack and serve a similar function to a pair of J-hooks. However, the arms of the monolift are counterbalanced so that when you un-rack your barbell, the arms swing out of the way. This allows you to squat in the same place that you un-racked the barbell, rather than having to take a few steps back and steady yourself. This is a great feature for powerlifters.
