The arms move in a 180 degree motion, allowing you to perform exercises such as chest presses, seated rows, deadlifts and shoulder presses just to name a few. It can effectively replace a number of machines you may find in a commercial gym, while not adding to your existing footprint. 

You can also lock the arms in place, allowing you to perform dips or pullups.
