This makes them a great tool to increase explosive power or improve cardio endurance through movements such as overhead slams. If your focus is improving cardio, choose a lighter weight. If building explosiveness and strength is your focus, opt for a heavier size!
Slam balls can also be used to add resistance or variations to traditional body weight exercises, such as squats, Russian twists or burpees.
