Proteins are polymers of amino acids linked via peptide bonds. They play a vital role in the function and regulation of the body’s tissues and organs, including muscle protein synthesis. The Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of protein for healthy individuals is 0.8g/kg/day.

Whey protein is a rich source of all the essential amino acids (EAA), containing the highest known levels of any natural food source. It also contains BCAAs which are metabolised directly into muscle tissue and are effective for skeletal-muscle protein synthesis during and after exercise. INCREASED ENERGY
